Nexi (Xero-Nine Redone)

Due to the fact that I've been recently revisiting The Dragon in the White Chains, I decided to redo this old character. For one, she no longer goes by 'Xero' with was essentially short for her cell number but rather she goes by her actual name. The story itself is also rather different, as the older one was kind of 'eh'.
